Remove/Install Main Components Of Transmission - Ar27.50-D-0610TSR

Transmission 722.9 in model 907 

	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes due to handling of transmission oil. Health risk caused by swallowing transmission oil	Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. Do not pour transmission oil into beverage bottles.	AS00.40-Z-0001-01A

	Remove/install
1	Remove fully integrated transmission control (VGS) electric controller unit (N15/11).		AR27.19-D-0200TSR
2	Remove transmission housing (1) from torque converter housing (1w).		AR27.50-D-0601TSR
3	Remove housing component parts (55).	The housing component parts (55) are the clutch pack BR, multidisk brake B2 and parking lock gear.	AR27.50-D-0782TSR
4	Remove output unit (44).	The output unit (44) consists of the multiplate clutch K3, rear hollow shaft, rear planet carrier, output shaft and rear ring gear.	AR27.50-D-0611TSR
5	Remove drive unit (33).	The drive unit (33) consists of the drive shaft, multiplate clutch K2, front planet carrier, inner plate carrier, multiplate clutch K1 and multidisk brakeB3.	AR27.50-D-0612TSR
6	Remove multidisk brake B1 (16) and oil pump		AR27.50-D-0721TSR
7	Remove auxiliary oil pump of automatic transmission.		AR27.57-D-0652TSR
8	Install in the reverse order.
