	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
	Remove
1	Raise vehicle		AR00.60-D-1000-04TS
	Special instructions for lifting and supporting vehicle		AH00.60-N-0100-01TS
2	Remove cover (12)	For this purpose, unclip trim (12). Clip remover	Fig 2
3	Remove screw/bolts (11)
4	Remove screw (13)
5	Remove protective strip (3)		AR88.80-D-1040TS
6	Remove screws (2)
7	Remove expansion rivets (6, 7)
8	Unclip bumper (5) from bracket (4)
9	Unscrew bolt (8)
10	Remove front fender (1)	Carefully remove front fender (1). Paint of adjacent component parts may otherwise be damaged. For this purpose, remove screws (10). Model 907 with code L44 (Flashing lights, front left) Disconnect electrical connection.
11	Remove bracket (4)	When replacing front fender (1). For this purpose, remove screws (9).
	Install
12	Install bracket (4)	When replacing front fender (1). For this purpose, slightly screw in screws (9) by hand. Check bracket (4) for damage. Depending on findings ↓ Replace bracket (4).
13	Position front fender (1) on vehicle	Carefully position front fender (1). Paint of adjacent component parts may otherwise be damaged. Model 907 with code L44 (Flashing lights, front left) Connect electrical connector.
14	Slightly screw in screws (2, 8, 10, 11, 13) by hand
15	Align front fender (1)	Gap dimensions of hood	*BE60.00-N-1001-01TS

16	Tighten screws (2, 8, 10, 11, 13) General notes on touch-up applicators and paint spray cans	In the case of paint damage to screws (2, 10, 11, 13). ↓ Touch up paint damage with suitable touch-up paint pen. Use only Daimler AG approved touch-up paint pens: http://xentryportal.mercedes-benz.com	AH98.00-P-9409-06A
17	Tighten screws (9)	When replacing front fender (1).
18	Add cavity preserving agent	When replacing front fender (1).	AR97.20-D-1500TS
19	Install expansion rivets (6, 7)	Check expansion rivets (6, 7) for damage. Depending on findings ↓ Replace damaged expansion rivets (6, 7).
20	Install bumper (5)	For this purpose, clip bumper (5) into bracket (4). Check bumper (5) for damage. Depending on findings ↓ Replace bumper (5). Remove/install front bumper	AR88.20-D-2000TS
21	Install protective strip (3)		AR88.80-D-1040TS
22	Install panel (12)	For this purpose, clip in trim (12). Check retaining clips for damage. Depending on findings ↓ Replace damaged retaining clips.
