	Remove
1	Remove the holder for the electric motor of the electric step from the upper part of the housing (5).	Do not completely remove the holder for the electric motor of the electric step.	AR88.30-D-8504TS
2	Mark the position of the corresponding holder (3) on the upper part of the housing (5).
3	Cut through the corresponding electrical wiring harness (1.1) at a suitable position.
4	Unscrew the screws (2) and remove the corresponding microswitch (1) with the holder (3).
5	Unscrew the screw (4) and remove the microswitch (1) from the holder (3).
	Build in
6	Ends of the electrical lines of the Electric step remaining Strip the wiring harness (1.1).
7	Position the new microswitch (1) on the holder (3) and screw in the screw (4).
8	Position the holder (3) with the new microswitch (1) on the upper part of the housing (5) and screw in the screws (2).	Observe the markings for the position of the holder (3) on the upper part of the housing (5). Otherwise the electrical step may malfunction or the microswitch (1) may be damaged. 9	Short the electrical wiring harness (1.1) of the new microswitch (1) to the appropriate length.
10	Strip the ends of the electrical cables of the new microswitch (1).
11	Connect the ends of the electrical lines of the new microswitch (1) to the ends of the electrical lines remaining on the step with crimp connectors.	Pay attention to the color coding of the electrical lines. Otherwise the electrical step may malfunction.
12	Fit the bracket for the electric motor on the electric step.		AR88.30-D-8504TS
