Remove/Install Hood Support - Ar88.40-D-2250TS

Model 907 

	Risk of injury  caused by fingers being jammed or pinched when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/rear-end door or sliding roof.	No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating area when the components are moving.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
	Remove/install
1	Hold hood (4) in opened position	Secure hood (4) against falling down.
2	Remove hood support (1) from bracket (3)
3	Remove bracket (3)	For this purpose, unclip bracket (3). Check bracket (3) for damage. Clip remover Depending on findings ↓ Replace damaged bracket (3).	Fig 1
4	Remove hood support (1)	For this purpose, remove hood support (1) from bracket (2).
5	Remove bracket (2)	For this purpose, press bracket (2) together in rear area and guide out of bore. Check bracket (2) for damage. Depending on findings ↓ Replace damaged bracket (2).
6	Install in the reverse order
