Remove/install left fuel pressure sensor - AR07.04-P-0201MNA

DANGER Risk of explosion  caused by fuel igniting, risk of poisoning caused by inhaling and swallowing fuel as well as risk of injury to eyes and skin caused by contact with fuel. No fires, sparks, open flames or smoking. Pour fuels into suitable and appropriately marked containers only.
Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.

REMOVING Remove     
1 Remove left-hand air filter housing   AR09.10-P-1150MNA
2 Release and disconnect electrical connection (1) on left fuel pressure sensor (/2)    
CLEAN Clean     
3 Clean rail in the area of the left fuel pressure sensor (2) Assembly cleaner *BR00.45-Z-1028-04A 
4 Unscrew left fuel pressure sensor (2) from left rail and remove    
INSTALLING Install     
5 Screw left fuel pressure sensor (2) into left rail TORQUE SPECIFICATION Pressure transducer to fuel distributor *BA07.52-P-1002-01J 
6 Connect and lock electrical connection (1) on left fuel pressure sensor (2)    
7 Install left-hand air filter housing   AR09.10-P-1150MNA
8 Connect diagnostic system and read out fault memory; delete if necessary    
REFER TO SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS   Engine 176 in model 463 AD00.00-P-2000-04A
REFER TO SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS   Engine 177 in model 205 AD00.00-P-2000-04B
9 Check fuel system for leaktightness   AR07.03-P-1010-04MM
DANGER Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts. AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
10 Perform an engine test run and check engine for proper operation and leaktightness
