Web Services

When Web Services are employed, the service provider submits a GET message to the FMS Web Service for the specific Customer/VIN to obtain asset information including:

• In-service date for warranty consideration
• PO number
• Pending work
• PM status and operations
• Repair history
• Telematics information, if available
