Remove/Install Coolant Temperature Sensor - AR15.60-P-2715GQ

ENGINES 651 in MODEL 166, 172

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
  Risk of injury  to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing coolant. Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

1 Remove engine trim panel IMPORTANTInstallation:  Before installing engine cover, check for leaks. Ensure correct seating of the engine cover.  
2 Remove air intake upstream of air filter    
3 Remove belt drive cover IMPORTANT Detach cover for upper belt drive cover to the front and upwards.  
4 Disconnect electrical connector on coolant temperature sensor (B11/4)    
5 Unlatch securing clamp (1)    
6 Remove coolant temperature sensor (B11/4) IMPORTANTInstallation:  Replace O-ring (2).  
7 Install in the reverse order    
8 Inspect cooling system for leaks Model 166 AR20.00-P-1010GQ
