Remove/install alternator - AR15.40-P-5032MT

	Remove/install
1	Detach ground line from battery		AR54.10-P-0003NKB
2	Open service flap on fender liner in right fender
3	Remove engine air intake duct upstream of air filter
4	Detach charge air hose from turbocharger and place to one side		AR09.41-P-1311-01AL
		Check sealing rings and catch springs for damage, thoroughly clean connections but do not grease and ensure exact seating of the catch springs. Leaks can occur on the engine otherwise.
5	Remove fan unit		AR20.40-P-5050NKB
6	Remove heat shield above turbocharger		AR09.40-P-6025MT
7	Remove bottom engine compartment paneling		AR61.20-P-1105NKB
8	Remove poly-V belt (1)		AR13.20-P-0001MT
9	Detach contact protection from alternator (G2)
10	Detach electrical line of terminal B+ to alternator (G2)	Nut, circuit B+ to alternator	*BA15.40-P-1002-01F
11	Detach electrical connection (2) from alternator (G2)
12	Detach bracket for refrigerant line (3) from alternator (G2)
13	Disconnect electrical line (4) at A/C compressor (A9) and unclip
14	Detach A/C compressor (A9) from oil pan (5) and place to one side with attached lines		AR83.55-P-5310MT
15	Remove alternator screw/bolts (G2)	Bolt, alternator to timing case	*BA15.40-P-1001-01F
16	Take alternator (G2) upwards and out
17	Install in the reverse order
