5	Detach coolant line (1) of oil cooling system coolant circulation pump (M13/7) from cooling module (10)
6	Detach oil cooling system coolant circulation pump (M13/7) from transmission (27) together with bracket (3)		AR27.55-P-7380NKB
7	Attach lifting eye to transmission (27)	Lifting device	Fig 2
8	Attach boom crane to lifting eye on transmission (27) and lift transmission (27) slightly	This prevents the transmission (27) from dropping down when the bolts (5) are removed.
9	Turn front guide and rear bracket of support fixture (20) back under transmission (27)
10	Unscrew bolts (5) and remove transmission (27) from engine (01) using boom crane	When removing/installing the transmission (27), take care not to damage the pilot bearing on the crankshaft.

13	Check dowel pins in transmission (27) for damage and firm seating, replace if necessary
14	Detach starter (M1) from transmission (27)	When replacing the transmission (27).

15	Detach cooling module (10) from transmission (27)	When replacing the transmission (27).

16	Detach oil filler pipe (9) from transmission (27)	When replacing the transmission (27).

17	Check radial shaft sealing rings (6) of front axle shafts for damage and replace if necessary		AR27.40-P-0210NKB
18	Check ring gear on clutch plate for damage and if necessary replace clutch plate		AR03.30-P-8001NKB
19	Install in the reverse order
20	Check transmission oil level and correct if necessary		AR27.00-P-0100NKB
		Follow the prescribed work procedure exactly and observe the Specifications for Operating Fluids. The transmission (27) will otherwise be damaged.
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
21	Perform engine test run; during test run, check that engine (01) and transmission (27) are functioning correctly and are not leaking
