COMPLAINT

The navigation function cannot always be activated in the Audio 20 control unit (A26/17).

In the central display (ZAN) control unit (A40/8) the "SD card with navigation software not detected/USB interface nonfunctional" is shown.

The USB interface X115 is not detected.

CAUSE

Under analysis

REMEDY

After an ignition change the multimedia interface functions again (temporarily).

Replacement of multimedia connection unit (A90/5, X115) in front stowage compartment.

NOTE: Do not test the Garmin MAP PILOT SD card in a reference vehicle as it can only be authorized for one head unit (cf. WIS document GF82.61-P-2003RF).

Replacing the Audio 20 control unit (A26/17) or the Garmin MAP PILOT SD card does not remedy the problem.

NOTE: These are new parts and will be in limited supply at launch of this LI.
