DANGER Injury hazard from pinching and crushing, in extreme cases extremities can even be cut off when caught in windshield wiper mechanism. Always remove ignition key when working on windshield wiper mechanism. AS82.30-Z-0001-01A

REMOVING Remove     
1 Prepare-component adhesive cartridge   AR67.10-P-1000-12SX 
Repair kit, installing windshields, 1-component adhesive
Cartridge gun, electric, and preheater

2 Open driver-side window NOTES
The side window of the driver door should remain open during the curing time.
Otherwise the windshield (1) can be pressed toward outside by the air when the doors are closed.		  
3 Remove detachable parts in area of windshield (1) MODEL 117, 156, 176, 242, 245.2, 246 AR67.10-P-1050BK

5 Cut out windshield (1) with window removal tool   AR67.10-P-1000-11SX 
    Glass removal  
INSTALLING Install     
6 Remove silicon gel of light sensor or rain/light sensor from windshield (1) MODEL 117, 156, 169, 176, 242, 245.2, 246
Only when reusing previously installed windshield (1).		  
7 Prepare body flange for installation of window   AR67.10-P-1501-01P 
NOTES General notes about painting the body flange in the glazing area   AH98.00-P-9408-06A
Glazing repair kit, 2-component adhesive *BR00.45-Z-1015-02A 
Repair kit, installing windshields, 1-component adhesive *BR00.45-Z-1135-02A

8 Transfer detachable parts on windshield (1) When installing new windshield (1).
