CAUSE / EXPLANATION
AdBlue replacement pump four-way valve in the pump not working.
NOTE:
A replacement of the AdBlue tank is not necessary.
CORRECTION
As a temporary workaround take a syringe (one that dealer gets for the glycol test) and a cup of steaming hot water, fill the syringe, and push the hot water through the outlet side of the pump.
