	Remove/install
	Risk of injury  caused by performing testing or repair work on airbag or emergency tensioning retractor units.	Store airbag units with deployment side facing up; do not expose to temperatures greater than 100 °C. When working on these units, disconnect the power supply.	AS91.00-Z-0001-01A

1	Remove center console (1)		AR68.20-P-2000CW
2	Disconnect battery ground line	MODEL 207	AR54.10-P-0003EW
		MODEL 204	AR54.10-P-0003CW
3	Maneuver floor coverings (2, 5) out beneath the instrument panel
4	Detach air ducts (3, 6) from air conditioner housing and swivel to side
5	Detach air ducts (4, 7) from air conditioner housing and remove	Ensure that pin (8) is seated correctly in instrument panel.
6	Disconnect electrical connectors (11)
7.1	Lift insulation above supplemental restraint system control unit (N2/10) at side	MODEL 204 with ENGINE 651 Until screw/bolt (9) is accessible.
7.2	Lift insulation above supplemental restraint system control unit (N2/10) at side and slide toward rear	MODEL 207 with ENGINE 651 Until screw/bolt (9) is accessible.
8	Remove screws/bolts (9) and remove supplemental restraint system control unit (N2/10)	Ensure that ground line (10) of ground point is seated correctly supplemental restraint system control unit (N2/10).
		Bolt/nut, restraint systems control unit to vehicle floor	*BA91.60-P-1009-01M
9	Install in the reverse order
10	Connect Star Diagnosis and perform initial startup of supplemental restraint system control unit (N2/10)	When replacing the supplemental restraint system control unit (N2/10).
