Programming and Initial Startup of ESP Control Unit
Xentry DAS 06/2009 has a parameter that is incorrectly flagged in SCN coding for the ESP control unit. During initial startup of the ESP control unit, the "brake" warning lamp in the instrument cluster will light up. The ESP control unit must be replaced to correct this issue.
Do not use Xentry DAS version 06/2009 for programming and initial startup of the ESP control unit. Only Xentry DAS version 07/2009 or later should be used for this procedure.
A correction to the SCN coding string has been created.
