Ignition key withdrawn or
Driver's door opened with terminal 15R or
Driver's door opened with terminal 15C or
Driver's door opened with ignition key out
Function activated in instrument cluster

For manual adjustment request of the seat position via the left front seat adjustment switch group (S91/2).

Easy entry, driver seat, function

To facilitate exiting the vehicle, the driver seat is adjusted into the entry/exit position (seat backwards by 60 mm).

Adjustment into the entry/exit position is triggered by the above listed changes in the ignition key position and door contact states.

This function relies on the following data delivered via the interior CAN to the driver-side front seat adjustment control unit with memory (N32/1) for processing:

The state of the front door contact switch (S17/3) is sent by the rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2)
The state of the circuit is sent by the EIS [EZS] control unit (N73)
The instrument cluster (A1) sends the easy entry activate signal.
The left front control unit (N69/1) transmits the status of the left front seat adjustment switch group (S91/2).

If all requirements are met and if no abort requirements are present during actuation, then the motor is actuated to move fore/aft (M27m1) by way of the driver-side front seat adjustment control unit with memory (N32/1), which moves the driver seat into the exit position (60 mm backwards).
