Bottom control panel control unit task - GF54.21-P-4116-01R
The bottom control panel control unit (N72) has the following tasks :
Scanning the shifter, switch
- Distance potentiometer (N72r1)
- Outside mirror adjustment switch (N72s7)
- Switch to choose left or right outside mirror adjustment (N72s8)
- DTR switch (N72s9)
- STH switch (N72s12)
- PTS switch (N72s13)
- ESP OFF switch (N72s14)
- VARIO roof switch (N72s16)
- Rollover bar switch (N72s17)
- Level positioning switch (N72s18)
- Switch for folding in/out outside mirrors (N72s19)
- ABC SPORT switch (N72s20)
- IRS OFF switch (N72s21)
- AS OFF switch (N72s22)
The functioning condition of the switches is shown over the function lighting.
Scanning of the hazard lights and ZV switch group (S6/5):
- Hazard lighting system switch (S6/5s1)
- Inside ZV open switch (S6/5s2)
- Inside ZV closing switch and electronic alarm system function indicator (S6/5s3)
The AIRBAG OFF Signal from the ARMIN control unit (N2/7) is scanned and transmitted to the Airbag Off child seat control light (E16).
The bottom control panel control unit (N72) is connected to the passenger compartment CAN for data exchange.
