The pneumatic pump is located below the reservoir (1) on the left side of the trunk behind the paneling.
Task of the pneumatic pump
- Pressure supply of the dynamic seat system
- Actuation of the solenoid valve to expel compression moisture in the reservoir
- Automatic cutout after 60 s of continuous operation
- Leakage recognition of the pneumatic system
- Pressure monitoring of the reservoir by means of a sensor
