Location 

The pneumatic pump is located below the reservoir (1), on the left-hand side of the luggage compartment behind the trim.

Task of the pneumatic pump 

• Compressed air supply of multicontour seat system
• Actuation of solenoid valve to expel compression moisture in reservoir
• Automatic cutout after 60 s of continuous operation
• Leakage recognition of the pneumatic system
