| 1 | Remove left or right front seat | AR91.10-P-1000T | |
| 2 | Remove front edge guard (2) in area of front scuff plate (1) | ||
| 3 | Remove front scuff plate (1) | ||
| 4 | Remove rear edge guard (4) in area of rear scuff plate (3) | ||
| 5 | Remove rear scuff plate (3) | ||
| 6 | Unclip rear footwell air grate (6) (arrow) and remove | ||
| 7 | Pull out rear floor covering (7) under the B-pillar paneling (8) | ||
| 8 | Lift up rear passenger compartment floor covering (7). | ||
| 9 | Guide electrical wiring harness (5) out of the rear floor covering (7) | ||
| 10 | Unscrew screws (10) and remove driver sidebag and windowbag sensor (A53/1) or front passenger sidebag and windowbag sensor (A54/1) | *BA91.60-P-1012-01A | |
| 11 | Disconnect electrical plug (9) | ||
| 12 | Install in the reverse order |
