211 Models

  1. Turn ignition switch to OFF position.
  2. Ensure inflation pressure of all 4 tires is as specified on tire placard (located on inside of fuel filler flap).
  3. Turn ignition switch to ON position (engine may be ON or OFF). The standard display menu will appear in multifunction display on instrument cluster.
  4. Press scroll forward or back button (located on left side of multifunction steering wheel) until TPMS menu is displayed. See Fig 1.
  5. Press reset button on left side of instrument cluster. See Fig 2. Message should appear in multifunction display as shown. See Fig 3.
  6. NOTE: In the following step, pressing any other button other than the "+" button will terminate activation process.
  7. Using "+" button (located on right side of multifunction steering wheel), select "YES". The multifunction display will now display a message confirming TPMS is activated. If a message appears requesting reactivation, perform procedure again from beginning.
  8. Once engine is running, a message will be displayed indicating system will be reactivated after a driving cycle of about 10 minutes. If system reactivation was performed with engine running, this system message is set after a time delay of about 30 seconds. Until initialization sequence is complete, pressure values will not be shown in TPMS menu (they will appear as "---").
