	Remove
1	Prepare glue cartridge		AR67.10-P-1000-07P
		Repair kit	*BR00.45-Z-1015-02A
2	Remove both panels on outside of A-pillar		AR88.80-P-8500K
3	Remove molding on windshield		AR67.10-P-1200K
4	Remove wiper system		AR82.30-P-6400E
5	Remove rain sensor		AR82.30-P-7700F
6	Remove inside rearview mirror	Models 208.435/445/447/465	AR68.40-P-0001KA
7	Remove holder (2) on left and right at bottom of A-pillar
	Risk of injury from slipping when clamping blade in the multicutter and from glass splinters when cutting out bonded windows	Always interrupt air supply when inserting or removing blade. Wear protective gloves and eye protection.	AS67.00-Z-0001-01A
8	Cut windshield out with cutting blade		AR67.10-P-1000-01K

9	Remove windshield from body with suction cup tools		*WE58.40-Z-1029-11A
	Install
10	Replace window rubber spacers	Do not remove protective foil	AR67.10-P-1000-02K
11	Prepare window for installation		AR67.10-P-1000-03P
12	Prepare body flange for installing window		AR67.10-P-1501-01P
13	Align windshield in body opening		AR67.10-P-1000-04K
14	Remove protective foil from window rubber spacers
15	Open window in driver's door	This prevents the windshield from being pressed outwards by the air pressure when a door is closed before the bond has completely cured.
16	Applying glue		AR67.10-P-1000-08P
		Betagun 2K electric cartridge gun Height of glue bead approx. 13 mm Install window within 10 minutes before adhesive force of glue starts to decrease.	*WH58.30-Z-1002-20A
17	Install windshield		AR67.10-P-1503-01K

		Curing time is approx. 1 hour, measured from the time the windshield is installed.
18	Install molding on windshield		AR67.10-P-1200K
19	Install both panels on outside of A-pillar		AR88.80-P-8500K
20	Install wiper system		AR82.30-P-6400E
21	Install inside rearview mirror	Models 208.435/445/447/465	AR68.40-P-0001KA
22	Install rain sensor		AR82.30-P-7700F
23	Clean windshield
24	Reinitialize rain sensor	Star Diagnosis Tool Engine hood and driver's door must be closed.
