Pedal Value Sensor

The pedal value sensor is used to determine throttle position. This throttle position signal is sent to the Motor Electronics Sequential Fuel Injection (ME-SFI) control module. There are 2 pedal value sensors. The second sensor is used as a plausibility check. If the first sensor fails, the ME-SFI system will switch over to the second sensor to continue system operation.
