	Remove, Install
1.1	Read out coding of motor electronics control module (N3/10)	Only when replacing the motor electronics control module and if it can still be read out using STAR DIAGNOSIS.
2	Remove cover of fuse and relay module	5 screws.
3	Disconnect connectors on the motor electronics control module (N3/10) and on traction systems control module (N47)	Risk of cracks and fracture of plug locking devices
4	Unscrew screws (1)
5	Remove control module together with the installation frame (2)
6.1	Remove the screws with which the motor electronics control module (N3/10) is attached to the installation frame and remove control module	Up to 31.08.00. 4 screws
6.2	Loosen the retaining lugs with which the motor electronics control module (N3/10) is secured in the installation frame (2) and remove the control module upwards	Risk of cracks and fracture of the retaining lugs. as of 01.09.00.
7	Install in the reverse order
8.1	Code the motor electronics control module	Only when installing a new motor electronics control module.	AR54.21-P-1000-01GH
9	Turn ignition key into position 2 and wait for 60 seconds	The control module learns the idle position of the throttle valve.
