Ergonomics default setting, function - GF91.29-P-2007S

MODELS 215, 220 (except, 220.063) up to 31.5.01 

MODEL 220.063 up to 31.5.01 with CODE (275a) Memory package (driver's seat, steering column, mirrors)

215 - Left/right door control module

220 - Left/right front door control module as left front door control module (N69/1), right front (N69/2).

Ergo default setting 

made easier with the Ergo default setting. By assuming the Ergo position of the driver's seat in addition the left and right outside mirrors, the inside rearview mirror, steering column and multicontour backrest (special equipment) are preset. Once the default setting is complete only a fine adjustment is necessary.

Function requirements: 

Calling up Ergo positions (driver's side) 

The Ergo default settings:

Driver's side Ergo default setting is carried out as follows on vehicle with left hand steering 

First the longitudinal position of the seat is adjusted individually using the switch for fore/aft front seat adjustment (N69/1s1) in left front door control module (N69/1)

The Ergo function is then triggered by pressing the ERGONOMY (N69/1s8) switch. The respective motors are now actuated corresponding to the ergonomics maps stored in the control modules for as long as the switch remains pressed and the limit position is not yet reached.

Right-hand steering 

Here the Ergo default setting is made via the corresponding switches in the right front door control module (N69/2).

Calling up Ergo positions (front passenger's side) Left-hand steering 

On the front passenger's side when the ERGONOMY switch is pressed (N69/2s8) in the right front door control module, (N69/2) the motors of the right front seat adjustment motor group with memory (M28) are actuated corresponding to the ergonomics maps stored in the right front seat adjustment control module with memory (N32/2) The actuation also takes place here depending on the longitudinal position of the seat.

Right-hand steering 

Here the Ergo default setting is made via the corresponding switches in the left front door control module (N69/1).
