Test 18: Child Safety Lock Switch

Using Hand Held Tester (965 589 00 01 00), monitor child safety lock switch values. With ignition switch in RUN position, press switch to right (child symbol visible). Hand held tester should display LOCKED. Press switch to left (child symbol not visible). Hand held tester should display UNLOCKED. If values are not as specified, replace lower field control module.
