Function prerequisites:

The heating stage can be switched over from 1 to 2 by pressing the left front the HS and heat ventilation switch (N25/7s1) or right front HS and seat ventilation switch (N25/7s2) twice.

The heating stage can be switched over from 2 to 1 by pressing the switch once.

The heated seat control module reduces or increases the electrical power output to the heating elements in the seat depending on the heating stage selected.

The selected heating stage is indicated by one or both of the red LEDs on the heated seat switch coming on.

Automatic switchover to heating stage "1" after expiration of the heat up time

Function prerequisites:

After reaching the maximum heat up time for the heated seat of approx. 5 min, the front HS seat ventilation control module (N25/7) automatically switches over from heating stage 2 to heating stage 1 to reduce the power consumption. The control module reduces the electrical power output to the heating elements in the seat and switches one of the two red LEDs on the heated seat switch-off.
