Electric Seat Ventilation Function - GF91.30-P-0002A

MODEL 210 as of 1.7.99 up to 31.5.01, 210 as of 1.6.01 with CODE (401a) Seat ventilation of front seats 

Function prerequisites: 

• Terminal 15R  or terminal 15 ON  and
• there is no shutdown on faults  for the control module

Function 

With the seat ventilation integrated into the left/right  front seat, active  ventilation of the seat cushion  and the backrest  is possible in three  stages.

The seat ventilation  is operated via the switch for HS and seat ventilation, front left (N25/7s1)  and the switch for HS and seat ventilation, front right (N25/7s2).  The switches are integrated into the control module for HS and seat ventilation, front (N25/7)  . The operating condition of the seat is indicated by "blue"  LEDs.

The control module for HS and seat ventilation, front (N25/7) activates: 

1. Left front seat 
   • blower regulator for left front seat ventilation (N29/5)
   • motor group for left front seat cushion ventilation (M18/9)
   • motor group for left front seat backrest ventilation (M18/10)
2. Right front seat 
   • blower regulator for right front seat ventilation (N29/6)
   • motor group for right front seat cushion ventilation (M18/11)
   • motor group for right front seat backrest ventilation (M18/12)

Integrated timer control up to 31.5.01 

3. A timer control is integrated into the control module; this switches back automatically, within a predefined time, to the first stage in stages. It is possible to switch off manually at any time via the switch.

As of 01.06.01 with code (401a) seat ventilation for front seats  the timer control of the ventilation mode for front seats is discontinued. The selected ventilation stage (I, II, III) of the seat ventilation remains switched on and is not  switched back automatically  .

It is possible to switch off or change the seat ventilation to another ventilation stage at any time by means of the switch.
