Test 19: Right Rear Axle VSS Sensor Internal/Insulation Resistance (With ASR Or ETS).

However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Using Adapter (202 589 03 63 00), connect Breakout Box (129 589 00 21 00) to traction control module. See Figure, Figure or Figure. Turn ignition switch to OFF position. Disconnect traction control module, leaving wiring harness connected to breakout box. Check resistance between terminals No. 14 and 15 at breakout box. 600-1800 ohms should exist. If resistance is as specified, go to next step. If resistance is not as specified, check wiring. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . If wiring is okay, replace right rear axle VSS sensor.
  2. Turn ignition switch to OFF position. Check resistance between terminals No. 15 and 57 at breakout box. Greater than 20 K/ohms should exist. If resistance is not as specified, check wiring. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . If wiring is okay, replace right rear axle VSS sensor.
