Removal & Installation

  1. Remove mixture control assembly. See MIXTURE CONTROL ASSEMBLY. Disconnect throttle control linkage and return spring. Disconnect throttle valve switch connector.
  2. Remove bolts and throttle valve assembly. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  . Check idle speed and adjust as necessary. See ADJUSTMENTS article.
