Bench Testing

NOTE: During short circuit test, minimum input voltage to starter is 8 volts.
SHORT CIRCUIT TEST (1)

Application Volts Amps
4-Cylinder 3.2 430-550
6-Cylinder 3.8 650-840
(1) Test period should be as short as possible.
IDLE SPEED TEST @ 11.5 VOLTS

Application (1) Amps Minimum RPM
4-Cylinder 75 2900
6-Cylinder 95 2800
(1) Amp specification should be equal to or less than specification given.
