Intake Air Temperature Sensor

The intake air temperature sensor reads intake air temperature and converts temperature reading to a voltage signal. Intake air temperature sensor is a Negative Temperature Coefficient (NTC) type sensor. As sensor temperature increases, resistance decreases. The LH control unit uses intake air temperature to control fuel injection during warm-up enrichment. See Figure for location.
