Deceleration Control

When transmission is in higher gears, throttle position switch is closed and manifold vacuum is high, ECU senses a coasting deceleration mode and fuel cut-off solenoid is activated to cut fuel flow to injectors. Fuel flow to injectors is restored when transmission shifts into lower gears and RPM switch signals ECU to resume fuel injection.
