Fuel Line Fittings
- If leakage occurs between pipe connection fitting (union) and injection pump adjusting plate, install new seals with grooved fittings. DO NOT loosen adjusting plate, as pump recalibration will be necessary.
- Install new copper gasket whenever fittings are removed. Grooved end of valve carrier should be installed downward. Install other components and oil fittings.
- Install injection lines. Operate primer pump until by-pass valve can be heard operating. Operate engine and check for leaks.
