Injection Timer: Removal

  1. Remove injection pump and assembly basket. Remove camshaft timing gear for slackening chain and pull out locking pin.
  2. Push timing chain in outward direction, slip in sheet metal strip of approx. .2 mm for this. Pull out injection timer.
