Vacuum Control Unit: Installation
- Install new gasket and steel ring. Make sure tang on vacuum control unit engages in main rack. Install last three mounting screws removed. Insert punch in lower right-hand screw bore. Check main rack position with mark on punch.
- When punch touches main rack, press lightly on punch and move control lever on injection pump from stop position to full-load stop. Punch must follow the main rack smoothly. If correct, install remaining screw.
