Front Oil Seal Replacement: Notes

WARNING:

A hot engine can cause severe burns. Turn off the engine and wait until it is cool before servicing.

Set aside the air hose and air cleaner cover as a single unit with the air flow sensor connector connected. (See INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0] .)

Remove the air cleaner case and resonance chamber No. 1 as a single unit. (See INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0] .)
Remove the drive belt. (See DRIVE BELT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0] .)
Remove the air cleaner bracket, cooler pipe and the bracket securing the heater hose. (See INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0] .)

Disconnect the front stabilizer control link. (See FRONT STABILIZER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Remove the front stabilizer bracket installation nuts and set the front stabilizer aside. (See FRONT STABILIZER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Remove in the order indicated in the table.

Install in the reverse order of removal.
