Inspect Selector Lever
NOTE:
- Perform the procedure with the main power switched ON (READY off or on).
- Inspect the selector lever as follows:
- If there is a malfunction, adjust the selector cable. (See SELECTOR LEVER INSPECTION ).
- Verify that the selector lever can be shifted as shown in the figure.COMPONENT OPERATIONS
Component No Refer to 1 : Press push button while holding brake pedal depressed 2 : Operate without pressing push button 3 : Operate while pressing push button - Verify that the selector lever can be shifted smoothly with moderate operation.
- Verify that the selector lever can be shifted as shown in the figure.
- If there is a malfunction, adjust the selector cable. (See SELECTOR LEVER INSPECTION ).
