DTC U0416-41: Error Signal Received From DSC HU/Control Module [Adaptive Front Lighting System (AFS) Control Module]: Outline

DTC U0416:41 (ADAPTIVE FRONT LIGHTING SYSTEM CONTROL MODULE) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location	Error signal received from DSC HU/Control Module
Detection condition	The adaptive front lighting system (AFS) control module received error signal (sum error) from the DSC HU/Control Module.
Fail-safe	The swivel actuator is moved to the center. The headlight leveling actuator is stopped at the position when the malfunction is determined.
Possible cause	DSC HU/Control Module malfunction Adaptive front lighting system (AFS) control module malfunction
