U016B-00: (BCM) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location	Communication error with heat pump control unit
Detection condition	The body control module (BCM) cannot receive CAN signal from the heat pump control unit.
Fail-safe	Not applicable
Possible cause	Malfunction in CAN communication line between heat pump control unit and body control module (BCM) NOTE: Perform the malfunction diagnosis according to the troubleshooting procedure for the multiplex communication system.
