DTC U0126-87: Communication Error With Steering Angle Sensor [Adaptive Front Lighting System (AFS) Control Module]: Outline

DTC U0126:87 (ADAPTIVE FRONT LIGHTING SYSTEM (AFS) CONTROL MODULE) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location	Communication error with steering angle sensor
Detection condition	The adaptive front lighting system (AFS) control module cannot receive CAN signal from the steering angle sensor.
Fail-safe	The swivel actuator is moved to the center. Control of the headlight auto leveling system is continued.
Possible cause	Malfunction in CAN communication line between steering angle sensor and adaptive front lighting system (AFS) control module
