DTC U2300-52: Configuration Data [DSC HU/Control Module]: Outline

DTC U2300:52 (DSC HU/Control Module) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location	Configuration data
Detection condition	The DSC HU/Control Module detects that the configuration data stored by the DSC HU/Control Module and the configuration data received from the body control module (BCM) and the PCM do not correspond.
Fail-safe	Refer to "DTC Table" and "Fail-safe Function Malfunction Contents Table". (See DTC TABLE [DSC HU/Control Module (US)] .)
Possible cause	NOTE: To correctly write the configuration data sent from the body control module (BCM) and PCM to DSC HU/Control Module, 30 s or more have to be elapsed since the ignition is switched ON (engine off or on). DTCs are stored in the body control module (BCM). Body control module (BCM) configuration not implemented Body control module (BCM) internal memory malfunction Body control module (BCM) configuration data error Configuration procedure was not completed properly. DSC HU/Control Module removed from other vehicle is being used PCM malfunction Body control module (BCM) malfunction DSC HU/Control Module malfunction
