Buckle Switch Inspection
- Switch the ignition off.
- Disconnect the negative battery terminal and wait for 1 min or more. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
- Remove the seat. (See SEAT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Remove the buckle. (See BUCKLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Inspect for continuity between the buckle switch terminals using a tester.
- If not as indicated in the table, replace the buckle. (See BUCKLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
