Drive Selection Switch Inspection [(Us)]

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [(US)] .)
2. Remove the drive selection switch. (See DRIVE SELECTION SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION )
3. Measure the resistance between drive selection switch terminals B and C using a tester.

• If not within the specification, replace the drive selection switch. (See DRIVE SELECTION SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
