Back-Up Light Switch Inspection

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
  2. Lift up the vehicle.
  3. Remove the bolts.

  4. Remove the member bracket.
  5. Disconnect the connector.

  6. Verify that the continuity between the back-up light switch terminals is as indicated in the table.
