Air Dist Unit Disassembly/Assembly

CAUTION:
  • If a non-specified grease is used, it may result in abnormal noise or an operation malfunction of the links. Use only a grease coating agent on each link and do not wipe off or add additional grease.
  1. Disassemble in the order indicated in the table.

    COMPONENT DESCRIPTION

    1 Harness
    2 Airflow mode actuator
    3 Airflow mode main link
    4 Joint (with full-auto air conditioner)
    5 Hose (with full-auto air conditioner-)
    6 Aspirator (with full-auto air conditioner)
    7 Heat duct (RH)
    8 Heat duct (LH)
    9 Polyurethane foam A
    10 Polyurethane foam B
    11 Polyurethane foam C
    12 Polyurethane foam D
    13 Case A
    14 Case B
    15 Case C
    16 Airflow mode door
  2. Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
