Back-Up Light Switch Inspection

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
  2. Remove the front under cover No. 2. (See FRONT UNDER COVER No. 2 REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  3. Remove the back-up light switch. (See BACK-UP LIGHT SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [C66M-R] .)
  4. Verify that the continuity between the back-up light switch terminals is as indicated in the chart.
