Pre-Delivery Inspection Table: Exterior

INSPECT and ADJUST, if necessary, the following items to specification:

• REMOVE all protective wrap, covers, and window stickers
  • Unless the vehicle is scheduled for display or immediate delivery, do not remove the exterior protective film or interior protective covering during inspection
• Glass, exterior bright metal and paint for damage
• Convertible top for damage (with convertible top)
• Power retractable hardtop for damage (with power retractable hardtop)
• Retractable fastback for damage (with retractable fastback)
• Door and liftgate* operation (Open/Close)
• All weather strips for damage or detachment
• Security/keyless entry devices (Doors locking/unlocking by transmitter)*
• Advanced keyless entry (Doors locking/unlocking by request switches)*
• Operation of hood release and lock, trunk release*, and fuel-filler lid opener
• Pour one bottle of deposit cleaner into the fuel tank (Specified countries only)
  • Refuel the vehicle after adding the deposit cleaner or inform the customer to do so immediately
