Hazard Warning Switch Removal/Installation

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
  2. Remove the glove compartment. (See GLOVE COMPARTMENT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  3. Remove the decoration panel. (See DECORATION PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  4. While pressing the hazard warning switch tab in the direction of the arrow (1) shown in the figure, press the hazard warning switch in the direction of the arrow (2) shown in the figure to detach the hazard warning switch tabs from the decoration panel.

  5. Remove the hazard warning switch.

  6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
