Passenger's Side

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
  2. Remove the power window subswitch panel. (See POWER WINDOW SUBSWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  3. While pulling the power window subswitch panel in the direction of arrow (1) shown in the figure, pull the door lock switch in the direction of arrow (2) shown in the figure, and detach the door lock switch tabs from the power window subswitch panel.

  4. Detach all of the door lock switch tabs from the power window subswitch panel and remove the door lock switch.
  5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
