- Radar unit axis deviation is detected.

- Inhibits the Mazda radar cruise control (MRCC) system control
- Inhibits the smart brake support (SBS) system control
- Inhibits the distance recognition support system (DRSS) control

- Radiator grille on vehicle with radar unit not installed
- Dirt on radiator grille ornament, modifications, application of stickers (including transparent types), scratches, or damage
- Dirt on radar unit, scratches, or damage
- Radar unit bracket malfunction
- Impact is transmitted to area around radar unit
- Incorrect installation of radar unit
- Radar unit malfunction
